Vanmorgen hebben we heerlijk ontbeten in het restaurant van het resort. Sieg had avocado on toast en Dré ging (heel verrassend…) voor de scrambled eggs, bacon, saugage met foccaciatoast. Een heerlijke cappuccino erbij en we konden er weer even tegenaan.
We hebben een aardige rit gereden. Helaas zijn we onderweg geen cafés of restaurantjes die open waren tegen gekomen. In Napier zijn we heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de B&B eigenaren. Het is een prachtig oud huis boven op een grote berg/rots. We kregen een kopje koffie met zelfgebakken cake die we op de veranda genuttigd hebben. Na gesetteld te zijn zijn we naar het “Bluff Hill” uitzichtpunt gegaan.
Daarna zijn we gaan dineren bij K- kitchen & bar. Ook hebben we mijn lieve oom Arie nog even gebeld om hem te feliciteren met zijn verjaardag.
Eenmaal terug in de B&B waren we aangenaam verrast. Op de kamer stond een karafje dessertwijn met chocolade. De dessertwijn was echt heerlijk.
